Many Rivers to Cross

Sunday 21st April 2019
Starting from Penzance
Organiser Martyn Aldis

306km Brevet de Randonneur. A very substantial day out for the well‐prepared and self‐reliant randonneur. Crosses the rivers Fal, Fowey and Camel by ferries and bridges, large and small. A very rich variety of Cornish countryside, the extremes being the nearly flat downs of the Lizard and the heavily corrugated western flank of Bodmin Moor.

This is same route as 2018, brought back to the Easter weekend slot as a BRM to enable it to be used as a PBP qualifier.

Note that this is an “X-rated” event, which means there are no manned controls or specific facilities. You attach commercial or ATM receipts to your brevet card for timed controls, and post it to the organiser after the event. No on-the-line entries.
