2010 Calendar of Events now Online

All of the local events for 2010 are now online. Like last year, a few old favourites have vanished, but happily there are some new ones to take their place. Amongst these is a 300 – an ideal opportunity for those ready to step up from the “classic” 200km distance, or thinking about qualification for the next edition of the Paris-Brest-Paris 1200 in 2011.

Click on the “Events” link in the sidebar, or scroll through the Event Calendar for further details of each ride.

Celtic Coastal / Celtic Canter – 9th August 2009

Thanks to all who came along today and made this, the sixth running of the Coastal, the most successful to date. The hoped for scorcher failed to materialise, but the 50 riders who turned out for the Coastal and 14 for the Canter didn’t seem to mind too much. Both rides will be back again next year on the same weekend – looking forward to seeing both old faces and new on that occasion.

P.S. Which of you lost a bike computer today? Email Kernauk with the make, and he’ll pop it in the post to you.
